A LUXURY villa on Marbella’s ‘Golden Mile’ is up for sale for €25 million.
The Altos Reales house on a 2,000 m2 site was renovated by GC Studio. It features seven bedrooms, a heated indoor swimming pool and a gymnasium.
GC Studio says the home has been designed as ‘a refuge of Peace and sophistication through bright architecture, spacious spaces and materials that connect to the natural environment.

They added that the villa has been adapted to it’s high location to make ‘the most of the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea’.
The centre of the property is made up of open living areas, which extend to the terraces and outdoor dining spaces through floor-to-ceiling corridors.
Beige, earth tones and white dominate these areas.
The open-plan kitchen is a great way to create a more comfortable and spacious space. With a central worktop, there are spaces on the sides to store food and tools in the same colour as the other areas.
GC Studio says each of the rooms are equipped ‘with designer furniture, selecting pieces with refined lines, natural woods, noble fabrics and a soft chromatic palette’.
There are seven bedrooms in total, including a master bedroom with a dressing area and a living space that leads to a terrace.
The villa includes a spa, which has a heated pool indoors, as well as a fully equipped gym, wine cellar, cinema room, and bar.
