Bookies are giving her a low chance of winning.

Melody will be sixth on stage, with the United Kingdom’s Remember Monday singing ‘What the Hell just Happened’ in eighth spot.

Sweden will again be the favorite to win, as both countries are happy to finish at the top of the table.

Melodia Ruiz Gutierrez was born Melodia Ruiz in Dos Hermanas (province of Sevilla).

She rose to fame at the age of 10 thanks to her song ‘El baile del gorila’ that became one of the biggest summer hits back in 2001.

Melody’s love for music was influenced by her parents. Since then, she has released six studio album and numerous singles.

She said she had to learn how to sing first before she could speak.

Melody’s father got Melody in touch with an album producer who liked her and convinced her to release De Pata Negra, Melody’s first studio album.

Benidorm, Spain’s hub will be once again the location of a big party and the announcement of the results.

The winners will be announced by Chanel, who placed third in the Benidorm Fest competition 2022 after being selected as the first Spanish entry.

Since then, the Eurovision songs have not been able to reach the viewers. The UK is the only country that has a better rating.

The Benidorm Parque de l’Aiguera is open at noon, with a variety of live music and a large screen that will show the nightly contest.
