This weekend, if you’re looking for a way to kick off your Sunday in a relaxed and energetic manner, visit the Parque de la Constitucion in Marbella for a yoga class.
Yoga Moves will be hosting an outdoor class at 11am on Sunday, 25 May. The session lasts an hour and includes a combination of yoga and flexibility exercises to help improve your flexibility. The class will be open to everyone and led in a friendly, supportive environment.
All are welcome to attend, regardless of whether you’re a regular yoga practitioner or simply curious. You only need your mat, a small towel, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.
The park is a green, peaceful space that’s just a short stroll from the beach. It’s a great place to relax. The class costs €10 per person, and there is no need to book in advance; turn up and join in.
It’s a great outdoor activity to enjoy nature and meet people who share your interests. The activity is perfect for both expats as well as locals who are looking to remain active and involved in their community.
Enjoy a mindful Sunday by taking a deep breath and rolling out your mat.
