In May, nature-lovers and foodies will be treated to a special event. The Marbella Club hosts the first edition SustainTable – a farm to table charity lunch celebrating seasonal cooking and local products.
The event will be held on Saturday, May 4th from 1:30pm until 3:30pm in the stunning Kitchen Garden of Finca Ana Maria. The menu will be created by Coco Montes, chef at the Michelin-starred Pabu restaurant in Madrid, and Andres Riz. Both chefs have joined forces to create an exquisite meal that pays homage to the flavours and aromas of the Costa del Sol.
The Arboretum Foundation is a local, non-profit organization that focuses on environmental education and ecological regeneration. All proceeds will go to the Arboretum Foundation. The foundation, led by ecologist Alejandro Orioli works to restore and protect green spaces in the surrounding area.
This charity lunch is the perfect combination of fine dining and sustainability. You can expect fresh ingredients, innovative dishes, and an outdoor setting in the middle of nature.
Early booking is recommended as there are limited places. You will enter through the Herb Garden Gate.

Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal prepared with love by two talented chefs while supporting a good cause. SustainTable will be a major highlight on Marbella’s spring social calendar.
