Two months of rent was behind by a man’s landlord, and he shot him in the head.
Surgeons from the Virgen-Macarena hospital, in Sevilla, removed the bullet which had lodged in the head.
The father of two says he feels very fortunate to still be alive.
The suspect has a total age of 81 years. The police detained him shortly after the incident but released him provisionally.

The victim, who spoke to Diario De Sevilla, said: “We had an argument a couple of weeks before he shot at me.”
“I lost my job, and I could not pay the rent. I asked for a little time so he could pay the rent and if not I would leave, because we weren’t comfortable. It was a tiny flat, and we paid a great deal.”
The victim was hit in the back of his head after he finished a telephone call with her.
“I heard a loud ‘boom’ and then a very loud buzzing sound,” the victim said. The victim saw that after falling, the suspect was going to fire another shot.
The incident occurred on Calle Virgen de los Dolores in San Jose de la Rinconada.

After a fight, the victim grabbed the gun and ran out of the building.
He was able, fortunately, to make his way to the closest clinic which was only 380 metres from him.
According to local residents, the 80-year-old suspect was a funeral director.
He had a good reputation, and he seemed to be getting along with the victim well before the shooting.
