The victim, who spoke to Diario De Sevilla, said: “We had an argument a couple of weeks before he shot at me.”

“I lost my job, and I could not pay the rent. I asked for a little time so he could pay the rent and if not I would leave, because we weren’t comfortable. It was a tiny flat, and we paid a great deal.”

The victim was hit in the back of his head after he finished a telephone call with her.

“I heard a loud ‘boom’ and then a very loud buzzing sound,” the victim said. The victim saw that after falling, the suspect was going to fire another shot.

The incident occurred on Calle Virgen de los Dolores in San Jose de la Rinconada.
