Kronos Homes development unveiled for Costa del Sol

Kronos Homes, a residential real estate developer under Kronos Real Estate Group, has unveiled two new housing projects on Spain’s Costa del Sol, totalling 270 homes and representing a combined investment of over €100 million.

According to a company statement, the developments in Torremolinos, Mijas and other coastal areas of Malaga are a testament to the commitment the company has to the Malaga coast as a “key area for development”.

Luis Rodríguez de Tembleque of Kronos Homes Andalusia spoke of the region’s appeal: “Its landscapes, coastline, and vibrant leisure and culture make it an essential destination. We are delighted to contribute to its skyline by building architecturally unique houses designed for quality of life and well-being.

The Torremolinos development, named Kosmos, involves a €40 million investment and will feature 104 two- and three-bedroom homes. The project is designed by HCP Arquitectos and will be built in an elevated terrain with panoramic sea views, surrounded by pine forest.

The new homes have spacious terraces with high-quality building materials and modern finishes that focus on comfort and energy efficiency. Kosmos residents can enjoy two swimming pools (one heated and one outdoor), a gym, spa and co-working area.

Meanwhile, in Mijas, The Kove development consists of 166 two- and three-bedroom homes designed by Clavel Arquitectos and HCP Architecture & Engineering, who have designed the project, presenting an organic, fluid architectural style that adapts to the landscape.

Residences have large windows, an open-plan design, and terraces that are designed to be private outdoor spaces. The penthouses have panoramic views while the ground floor units come with private gardens. Colliers Arquitectura designed the communal spaces, which include two pools and a spa. There is also a gym and a space for co-working. The landscaping, crafted by Rocío Sáinz de Rozas, creates a sensory experience with Mediterranean aromas like lavender and thyme, natural textures, water features, and a citrus orchard.

The new properties will be snapped up quickly due to the shortage of real estate along the Costa del Sol, and the increasing demand.
