In the Quatre Carreres neighborhood of Valencia City, a puppy farm was found.
Valencia Policia Local reported that the owner of the property did not possess a breeding permit. A report has since been sent to public prosecutor.
Police and animal welfare officers found 16 dogs of various breeds.

Both humans and pets were unable to live in the home due to its unhealthy condition.
A neighbour reported a foul odor emanating from the house.
After entering, police and animal care personnel were surprised by the smell coming from the front door. They also found pools of urine.
The 80 m2 house was filled with large bags of dogfood and a strong odour.
The kitchen was home to 10 poodles, two Yorkshire Terriers and other puppies.
Two were in cages because they were ‘on heat’ with police discovering cages in every room.
The dog owner is now facing animal abuse charges, while the dogs are being examined and removed at the Benimamet veterinarian centre.
The puppies appeared to be in a good state, but their paws and feet were wet and dirty due to the mess that was on the floor.
The woman registered 22 dogs in her name. She told the police, however, that six were at a villa owned by a close friend. However she refused to provide an address.
All animals except two had been microchipped.
