False passport rumbles Serbian gangster who has been hiding in a Spanish party town for many years


After being caught in Spain with a fake ID, a SERBIAN convicted drug dealer sentenced to 4 years in prison was arrested.

He was imprisoned in Serbia in 2016, but escaped. He spent seven years hiding out on Lloret de Mar.

He obtained a Foreigner ID Number by using a fake Slovakian passport.

POLICIA LOCAL, LLORET DE MAR

A suspicious officer at the Lloret de Mar Policia Local checked his passport and found it to be a fake.

The fugitive was also nervous when questioned and gave some confused and contradictory responses about his current status.

The Policia Nacional was contacted, and they confirmed that the fake passport had been obtained.

He was charged with document fraud and released after appearing in court.

The Police Nacional investigated and facial recognition experts were able uncover his true identity.

A Serbian warrant of arrest was issued in his name.

He was arrested again, this time while the National Court in Madrid processed Serbia’s request for extradition.
