The 10th ExpoTattoo takes place at the Palacio Exposiciones y Congresos Estepona from March 7 to 9.
The event will feature 120 tattoo artists, both national and international, from countries such as Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, France, the Czech Republic and Romania. According to the Councillor for Youth, Julia Simón, the tattoo event is one of the three biggest exhibitions of tattoos in the country.
This year, the event will raise funds for the Association of Children’s Oncology Volunteers of the Maternity Hospital of Malaga. The event organiser said the layout would be different this time and more open to allow visitors to see more artists in one place. As well, the event organizer highlighted that artists would be performing tattoos which are so complicated that they would create them for the duration of the three day event.
The event will be open on all three days at 12pm. The tattoos that were done throughout the day will be entered into a contest with more than 12 categories. Live music and the competition to determine the best tattoo will follow the tattooing session on Saturday and Friday at 7pm. Expect DJs, live bands, and graffiti painting as well.
The entry ticket for each day will be €5, with the total of the money raised given to the AVOI charity.
