What is Patchwork? What are the benefits of textile arts?

Patchwork, or “work with patches” is a traditional hand‑sewing technique that joins small pieces of fabric in different colours, patterns, and textures to create a larger decorative design. This technique is used to make quilts, cushions and garments.

Not only is the craft appealing to creative people, but it also promotes sustainability and mental well-being through its meditative, rhythmic process.
