In 2026, a new major family leisure complex will open in Malaga.

The entertainment complex, which spans 15,000 square metres, is located near Plaza Mayor, a shopping centre. It will have everything from the biggest bowling alley to a roller coaster.

SUR reports that the developers hope to attract 3 million visitors per year with their extensive amusement area. This includes bumper cars, themed mini-golf, and an extensive amusement area.

Fuengirola-based company Sould Park is investing €15 million in the project, which will be located next to the Porcelanosa shop and the coastal motorway.

The main attraction area will cover 10,000 square metres. It will include a rollercoaster imported from Dubai as well as water rides and a 7-dimensional cinema simulation offering 3D images with movement and sensory effect.

The bowling alley will be one of the largest in Andalucia. It will also include a sportsbar and karaoke room where visitors can record performances.

The complex will feature VIP areas and a mini-golf course measuring 2,500 square metres.

“We aim to provide a family leisure space that currently doesn’t exist in Malaga,” said Miguel Ángel Notario, founder and president of Sould Park.

The complex will be operated on a pay per attraction basis, using a dedicated cards system. It is expected to create around 80 direct jobs as well as 40 indirect ones.

The company must wait for the final approvals of Malaga City Council before it can begin construction.
