EasyJet, a low-cost airline that is the third largest carrier at the Costa del Sol Airport in Malaga, will launch a new service connecting the Costa del Sol to Edinburgh, Scotland starting October 2025.
As part of the winter schedule, which runs from late October to March, EasyJet will offer two flights per week on Tuesdays and Sundays. EasyJet’s one-way ticket prices for Edinburgh are expected to start at around €40 to €60, with return fares potentially ranging from €60 to €120.
EasyJet now offers routes to Scotland and France from Spain
The new route is one of eight additional connections EasyJet is going to introduce for the 2025-26 winter season, with an offer of over 110,000 extra seats to expand its international connections from Malaga, Almería, Barcelona, and Gran Canaria to destinations in the UK and France. In Andalucía, EasyJet will also link Almería with Liverpool, operating two weekly flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Gran Canaria, the largest island in the Canary Islands will have new routes starting October 26, with flights every Wednesday and Sunday, and beginning October 29, with flights every Wednesday and Saturday.
EasyJet will now have 18 new routes in total for winter 2025. EasyJet, which has operated in Spain for over 28 years, and carried more than 260 million passengers from and to the UK, continues to invest in affordable flights that connect Spain to key European and UK destination.
