€10m Costa Blanca villa is region’s most expensive unsold home- after a year on the market

The most expensive house on the Costa Blanca, and even the Valencian Community has not sold yet after a full year.

It is important to note that the word “you” means “you”. Idealist real estate portal says the luxury villa plus multiple extras and self-contained apartments with an asking price of just under €10 million was first listed in August 2024.

The property is located in Altea, a city with many luxury homes owned by Russians and other foreigners.

The plot is 8,581m2 and is located in a cul de sac that is bordered by a pine wood, a natural protected area where no construction is allowed.

It is important to note that the word “you” means “you”. Idealist Listing states: “There is more than one property on the plot.” The main house is built in a classical style with a spacious living area, dining room, separate cooking room, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are also terraces that offer stunning views over the sea, mountains and Altea’s old town.

The ground floor has a guest apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and an entrance separate.

You enter the villa through the glazed hallway to the right wing of the property. It was constructed in 2009, and is in a modern design.

Parking spaces are available for up to 10 cars, both covered and uncovered.
