Age Concern Marbella – San Pedro is excited to announce a free, informative workshop on ‘Downsizing’ at their San Pedro Community Centre on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 4pm.

This session, led by Lynn Moses from Sierra and Sand Realty offers you practical advice that is tailored to your specific needs.

Life changes – like children leaving home, rising maintenance costs, or living alone in a large space – often prompt a rethink. This workshop will show you how to do it in an easy, smart way. Topics covered include choosing the right time to reduce your possessions, organizing or letting go of them, and finding an appropriate home for you next chapter.

‘We all need to reset goals as circumstances shift,’ the organisers note. ‘Getting the right information is key, whether you’re just considering it or ready to act.’ The event runs for one hour, 45 minutes of discussion followed by a 15-minute Q&A. Early booking is advised due to limited space.
