The State Weather Agency has classified the Costa del Sol, and Guadalhorce as yellow for Monday.

Forecasters can predict rainfall of up to 40mm or 15mm per hour.

According to the current weather forecasts, Malaga Province will see showers through at least the weekend.

Sevilla, Cadiz, and Huelva are all on yellow alert today for rain.

Traffic has been shut down on the Los Pedregales Road in Estepona due to a surge of water in the Vaquero Ravine.

Puerto Banus has also had to close the underground passage leading to La Sala in Marbella after it became inundated with rainwater.
