Malaga Feria Bans Street Drinking The city council has ruled that alcohol will be prohibited in the city center this year.

Malaga Feria Bans Street Drinking

This year, alcohol consumption on the streets in Malaga’s city centre has been prohibited during Feria.  The council published an ordinance prohibiting public drinking in the feria after 2025.  Alcohol is only allowed in licensed booths, bars, and restaurants.  Businesses will not be permitted to sell alcohol outside their premises.

The booths may refuse service to anyone wearing beach or sport clothes.

Bikinis are banned on Feria grounds

Beachwear is discouraged by the government Flip flops and sportswear are on sale at the feria ground.  The Malaga Feria booth owners reserve the right not to serve or admit anyone dressed inappropriately.
