Two weather warnings are in effect Costa Del Sol. On Thursday (17th July) Spain’s national weather agency (AEMET) The yellow alert is for temperatures that are likely to exceed 38 degrees. The weather warning will be active from 12pm to 9pm.

Tomorrow (18th July) Amber is the new alert level. The Costa Del Sol could see temperatures as high as 40c. This warning will be in effect starting at 1pm, and it will remain active until 9pm.

High temperatures could pose a threat The pet owners of the area are reminded that they should provide shade and water to their animals. The Costa Del Sol has also been hit by fires that have caused havoc.
