A yellow weather warning is in effect Sunday (17th August). Spain’s National Weather Agency (AEMET) The weather warning warns that temperatures in certain parts of Costa Del Sol could reach 42c. The weather warning is valid between 1pm to 9pm.

High temperatures could pose a threat The pet owners of the area are reminded that they should provide shade and water to their animals. The Costa Del Sol has also been hit by fires that have caused havoc.
