Due to the fact that it falls on a Sunday, Monday, 7th of December will be declared a holiday. The day is a celebration of the country’s democratic transition. Constitution Day marks the anniversary when the Spanish Constitution was approved by the Spanish population in 1978. Many consider it the beginning of the December holiday season.
