Luminoso 1 2 3 light up Clarence Jazz Club in Torremolinos

Clarence Jazz Club Torremolinos Luminoso 1 2, 3

The London Jazz-Pop Ensemble Luminoso The band will celebrate the release of its debut album 3-2-1 with a concert in Malaga. The band, which has performed in top UK jazz venues and sold out across Europe, arrives in Spain to perform a live concert that is sure to awaken the neighbors in Torremolinos.

Luminoso is named for its bright and luminous quality. It delivers an irresistible mix of original compositions as well as reimagined classicals. Their repertoire covers swing, Latin grooves, R&B, pop standards, and traditional Italian swing, all infused with the timeless spirit of the Great American Songbook. The result is music which feels nostalgic, yet strikingly new and energetic. Melodies are so catchy and memorable that audiences dance in the aisles after the show and leave humming for days afterwards.

Luminoso, the multi-national energy drive

The group’s sound is anchored by the inventive compositions of American composer and pianist Brian Clemens. Francesca Confortini shares the spotlight, a jazz singer from London who is Milan born. Confortini has performed with Cat Stevens, Rod Stewart and many others. She brings to each performance her powerful vocals, charismatic cabaret and sophisticated musicality.

Two Barcelona jazz veterans, Hernan Curtis and Bryan Fridman, complete the quartet. Together, this international lineup blends precision, groove and joyful energy into a show which has quickly become popular with audiences in the United States and abroad.

New album 3-2-1!

The Torremolinos performance will showcase tracks from 3-2-1!, presenting the album’s seamless fusion of jazz swing, soulful R&B, Latin flair, and accessible pop sensibility. Luminoso live shows have been described as exuberant and elegant.

Ticket prices run between €12 and €20 and are available on the door or in advance from Clarencejazzclub.com. Concert at Clarence Jazz Club (Calle Danza Invisible 8 in Torremolinos’ central area) on Saturday 7th of February, 10pm.
