Nikki Beach Marbella has a very special daytime event coming up – “Sol & Sound”, headlined by the internationally celebrated house music artist Claptone.
The beachfront venue in the Mediterranean sun will be transformed into a dance paradise on Friday, July 25 from 1pm-9pm. It offers a unique experience, with pulsating sounds.
Claptone, recognizable by his golden mask and sound that blends deep house with melodic elements and atmospheric elements will be on the decks. The mysterious DJ has performed in Saint Barth at Nikki Beach for New Year’s celebrations. He is not new to captivating audiences. This time he swaps the dim lights in nightclubs for Marbella’s sunny shores to perform a daytime magical set.
Behind the golden mask is an artist who has mastered the art of balancing mystery and a brilliant career. Claptone exploded onto the clubland scene in the early 2010, and has been a global player ever since. He has released several studio albums, as well remixes, for artists such Depeche Mode Elton John and Dua Lipa. He has been a favourite at festivals like Coachella and Tomorrowland. His “The Masquerade”, events that are known for a theatrical twist have earned him a reputation of a leading figure within contemporary house music.
“Sol & Sound” will feature a dynamic lineup besides Claptone, with a back-to-back set by Dann Martin and Frank Osorio, as well as Stan Courtois. Mood sax will perform a live saxophone set to add a bit of sophistication. The beach club will be decked out with golden decorations and spherical spheres that reflect the warm shades of the sunset.
