The British-Irish Lions (also known as the Lions) are a rugby union made up of the best players in England, Scotland and Wales, plus the island of Ireland. Since 1888, they have made visits to the Southern Hemisphere and faced the three superpowers.
Christy’s will broadcast every match in Australia this summer. They will begin in Ireland, playing a warm-up match against Argentina at 9pm on Friday, 20th of June, then head to Australia. Andy Farrell’s 15 Irishmen will be ready to go. They are joined by 13 English, 8 Scots, and 2 Welshmen. Christy’s Irish Gastro Pub & Sports Lounge is the home of rugby.
