A TEENAGE GIRL suffered severe burns after a 20 year old man set her on fire inside a squatted home in Las Palmas.
Medics said ‘95% of her body’ had been affected.
According to reports, the female was set on fire at 4am Wednesday morning in Las Palmas’ La Isleta neighborhood.

Emergency teams discovered her on the street with severe burns that covered almost her whole body.
The man allegedly poured combustible fluid on her, before lighting her with a piece of burning paper.
Paramedics treated a suspected perpetrator of smoke inhalation.
Staff took her to Doctor Negrin Hospital where they planned to airlift the girl up to Sevilla, a mainland burns specialist unit.
The victim, who had also been admitted to the hospital, told the police officers that the man caused her injuries.
The authorities have not indicated what led to the attack.
The teenager had been living in a juvenile center, but left just a few days earlier to move into the squatted home.
Authorities are also attempting to clarify if the girl and male were in a romantic relationship.
