Brian Piccolo celebrated his birthday in a special way on Saturday, 21st June at his Malaga countryside home.
Over 100 friends, including some of the most well-known performers in the Costa del Sol area, took a night out from their busy schedules to join their friend for his 80th birthday.
Many were friends Brian had made over the years as he helped raise money for their charities, in particular this evening from ADSG dementia support, which recently became the beneficiaries of €6,000 raised at the Salón Varietés show ‘Singing for Alzheimers, Brian had organised.
In fact, the performers who joined Brian on stage that evening at the Salón were here tonight to help him recreate the magic on a temporary stage built in Brian’s garden. Melissa Carver, Toni-Leigha and Ricky Lavazza, Emma Luisa and the entire roster of artists were there to pay tribute Brian Piccolo.
Toni-Leigha said, ‘I think he’s an inspiration – he inspires me and Melissa to work hard, be passionate about what you do, have patience and keep good friends. We love him and he is a big part of our life.
