Bonni tyler to perform at Port Adriano Musical Festival, Mallorca

The Port Adriano Music Festival offers a rare opportunity to celebrate the joy, impact and cultural legacy left by one of pop and disco’s most iconic groups.

Bonnie Tyler is undoubtedly one of festival’s highlights. She will take the stage on Saturday, August 16th, but tickets are already on sale, so if you fancy listening to of their timeless classics, such as Total Eclipse of the Heart, It´s a Heartache, or Holding Out for a Hero, hurry and get yours now. 

The Welsh singer will celebrate her 50 year musical career at the Port Adriano Music Festival. The iconic singer from her hometown will perform her biggest hits, which saw her top the charts in the 1980s with her pop-rock sound. Tyler is known for her powerful voice, and a list of hits that includes Lost in France and Bitterblue. 

Boney M & Rivers of Babylon

Boney M, who will be singing their hits such as “Rivers of Babylon”, “Rasputin”, “Ma Baker”, or “Daddy Cool”, will also perform on stage. She is scheduled to perform on the 9th of August. 

The festival has, in previous years, hosted top artists, including Gloria Gaynor, Earth, Wind & Fire, Tom Jones, UB40, and George Benson.

The schedule

• Los Secretos, the band from Los Angeles, will be taking centre stage on August 1. They are one of Spain’s most beloved pop-rock bands and return with a heartfelt concert of iconic songs, including Déjame and Pero a tu lado. Led by Álvaro Urquijo, this evening promises a powerful journey through Spanish musical memory.
• On August 2nd you can expect to be able to see Youssou N’Dour & Le Super Étoile de Dakar take the stage.  Youssou N’Dour, a world-class Senegalese musician, will perform in Port Adriano with the rhythms and sounds of West Africa.
• On August 3rd. Toquinho Faustino and Camilla, where are BToquinho and rising star Camilla Faustino share the stage for an evening of soulful sophistication.
• Alphaville will close the festival on 10th August with their popular synth-pop songs Forever Young & Big in Japan.
