The 2025 TrialGP World Championship returns in April to Benahavís. The tranquil mountain retreat will be filled with the buzzing of 250cc engines jumping from rock-to-rock and over obstacles and crevasses in a few short weeks.
The Andalusian city will be the first to wave the flag for the top-level competition in the world of a motorsport specialty that is as technically complex as it is visually spectacular.
On a single track, more than 80 riders representing a wide range of categories will be competing. Toni Bou, who has won 36 world championships (18 in TrialGP and18 in X-Trial), is one of the most acclaimed riders in the history Trial, possibly even in all sports disciplines. It is very likely that Bou will arrive in Benahavís with his 37th title under his arm after the conclusion of the X-Trial 2025.
Along with him, the current world runner-up, also Spanish, Berta Abellán, will be looking for her first title in TrialGP Women, while in Trial2, Trial2 Women, and Trial3, the fight for glory will be completely open.
Spain will be well represented by pilots in the competition, which includes countries like France, Italy and the United Kingdom. Also, Japan, Germany, Norway, Japan and Germany are also competitors. The event will also mark a landmark with the participation by three electric motorcycle brands.
The event is organised by the Benahavís Motorcyclist Sports Club, with the support of the Andalusian Motorcycle Federation, the Royal Spanish Motorcycle Federation, and the Benahavís council. The championship takes place from April 4 to 6
