Aino: My husband worked as a chef at upscale restaurants in Finland. He has hundreds of recipes in his head.

Aino: Customers are always surprised when they hear what we say. ‘I never thought of combining these two ingredients.‘

Aino: Every week. Every week.
EWN: What is the best way to get in touch with you?‘s your star dish?
Aino: Probably our most requested dish is the king prawns cooked at a very low temperature with a pil pil glaze and a purée of roasted garlic. The prawns are tender and unlike anything else you’ve ever tasted.
Aino and Teemu’s focus is on quality and culinary arts, rather than making quick money. This makes La Puerta Verde a unique place.
