Age Concern to host Christmas events in Fuengirola, Mijas and Benalmádena


Age Concern Fuengirola Mijas Benalmadena hosts a series festive events to benefit the local community. The events range from charity fundraising to social outings.

Social lunch in Mijas Pueblo

A friendly social lunch is being held in Bodeguita El Tejo, Mijas Pueblo on Tuesday 16th December at 1:30pm. The event offers a three-course menu with a drink at a great value price of €18 per person. The menu selections must be confirmed by contacting the local drop-in clubs or through Facebook.

Enjoy a Christmas Coach Trip to Gibraltar

Age Concern will also run a festive coach tour to Gibraltar on Wednesday, 17 December. Departing from collection points in Arroyo, Fuengirola, Las Lagunas and Cala de Mijas between 09:00 and 09:30, the trip provides the chance to browse duty-free shops, pick up gifts and enjoy the town’s cafés and sights. The coach will return at 16:30. Tickets cost €15 and can be booked at local drop-in clubs.
