Age Concern Marbella – San Pedro hosts Summer events


Age Concern Marbella – San Pedro has announced two upcoming events designed to bring the community together.

Join Karen Brady for a fascinating talk on Friday, June 20 at 11:30am. She will then sign her new psychic thriller Through Her Gaze, A Roxy Powers Novel which has reached the top of Amazon’s charts.

Karen was born in Birmingham UK. She is the seventh child of eight siblings. At 23, she founded her own business, which led her on a global journey through Dubai, San Diego and Bali. This free event will feature the inspiring story of Karen, a proud mother with two daughters in London’s fashion world. Reservations are required at events@ageconcernmarbella.com.

On Monday, June 23, from 11am to 12.30pm (or later), Age Concern hosts its newest drop-in coffee morning at El Barracón in Elviria, led by volunteer Lynda. The coffee morning is one of six held weekly in Marbella and San Pedro. It offers free welfare advice and support as well as a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The gatherings focus on friendship and fun to fight loneliness and ensure that no one feels isolated.

The warmth and friendliness of these events is what makes them so popular. The best part is that joining is absolutely free!
