Second narco tunnel is discovered between Morocco and Spanish exclave of Ceuta

A second narco-tunnel is found between Morocco and the Spanish exclave Ceuta

Another narcos tunnel was found in an industrial area in Ceuta near the border of the exclave with Morocco.

On the afternoon of the 28th of March, over 250 officers specializing in organised crime and drug trafficking were deployed to the Tarajal Industrial Park.

The authorities are still inspecting the tunnel. However, it is believed that this tunnel allowed traffickers avoid border checks.

It is believed that a steady flow of hashish from Morocco was transported through the tunnel to destinations in Spain and France.

Ten suspects have been brought in front of a Ceuta court this morning to face charges connected to the investigation.
