CHOPSTICKS at the ready… a brand new pan-Asian joint has opened in Marbella.
CHOW, with its name in capitals, aims to stand out from its competitors and takes no risks when it comes decor, staffing, and quality.
The menu was curated by Neil Witney who is a successful UK chef and made his name in the sushi world during the lockdown.
After starting his career in London at the hip hotel Blakes, he launched a number of famous restaurants in the UK as well as New York, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
He promised, “This is where people can come to relax, eat well and have fun.”
“It’s not about formality – it’s about flavour, energy, and delivering dishes that surprise.”

Stan Rozbitsyy will work alongside him as the Metro group’s executive chef.
The menu is billed as a ‘vibrant mosaic’ of Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese food and includes ‘robata-grilled’ meats to ‘punchy street-style’ dishes.
Of course there will be some ‘fiery curries’ and plenty of baos and rice dishes.
It’s hard to imagine a better location for a marina: the stunning dining terrace with sweeping views of mega-yachts.
Studio Hick’s design blends laidback luxury, upbeat energy and top-quality tucker with theatrical cocktails.
The unbeatable setting is perfect for long lunches, ‘sundown sessions’ and nightlife-ready dinners.
Metro’s other restaurants include Max Beach Nomad Bono Beach as well as the newly-reopened Koi.
