Marbella FC's relegation delayed as Juventud de Torremolinos fall into the drop zone

After a mixed matchday, two Malaga province teams remain in relegation danger after a Primera RFEF.

Juventud de Torremolinos meanwhile fell into the relegation zones after a 2-1 defeat at home to Real Betis B, later that same day.

Sorroche, who had equalised earlier in the half, came on to level things up.

Rodrigo Marina’s winner gave the visitors the victory late in the match, even though they had been pushing hard for a 2nd goal.

Torremolinos has suffered a serious setback at a critical time of the season.

Antequera won a dramatic, 3-2 victory away from Murcia on Friday. It was one of the most important victories of the season.
