Women are showing their creative side in a variety of ways this season. From interior design to floral artistry, they’re embracing it all.
San Pedro: shopping tour inspires local design lovers and home styling enthusiasts
San Pedro hosted an exclusive shopping tour Friday, November 21 organised by Interior Design Shiri Shimer. A small group of women keen to explore local interior design gems enjoyed a tour of local furniture and décor spots with hands-on learning about home styling.
Style your way to success
Shemer described the experience as a “style adventure” in which women visited stores to learn and explore home styling. They covered everything from paint colors, wallpapers, fabrics, textures, curtains, and accessories. Shemer gave practical tips on lighting, colour schemes and accessorising. Participants were given ideas to transform their homes.
Relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Champagne, cakes and tea were served to create a relaxed and social atmosphere. One guest stated that the tips on lighting, textures and other aspects were “priceless”. “I feel like I’ve learned more in a day than I would have by scrolling through the internet for months.” Another said: “It’s been one of my favorite days here.” “For anyone who loves colour and design.”
Experience a personal and interactive experience
Shiri said that the event would be interactive and personalized. She said that the event was not just about shopping, but about understanding how to make a space look and feel beautiful. Shemer strives to create stylish, functional homes that reflect her clients’ tastes and promote local businesses on the Costa del Sol.
A second tour with “more style magic” is in the works. Details will soon be revealed on ShiriShemer’s Instagram, @shiri_shemer.
