Benalmadena will experience the scariest Halloween ever. From Friday, October 31 through Sunday, November 2nd, Benalmadena will transform into a ghoulish town of costumes, music and terror.
A new street lighting system will bring life to the streets. packed schedule There are a variety of activities that will hypnotise passersby and residents alike, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
The Plaza de las Tres Culturas is hosting a variety of events, starting on October 31 at 6pm. This event will include storytelling, fancy dress competitions, screaming contests, and more than 50 kilograms of gluten and lactose free sweets. At 8pm, a grand parade with nearly 50 creepy characters, accompanied by the Sambuagua do Río batucada, who will march through the town’s main streets, delivering a rhythmic and ghostly show suitable for everyone.
Benalmadena Pueblo presents a chilling surprise this year. Four themed terror scenes titled “The Plague” will be set up in four iconic locations: Plaza de Andalucia (the main square), Plaza de la Cruz (the central plaza), Maestro-Ayala Street and Plaza Virgen de la Cruz. These historical backdrops will provide a spine-chilling, immersive journey through the historic center, incorporating Halloween tradition and immersive storytelling.
Another tradition returns with the Páez Family’s House of Terror, just opposite the Town Hall, open from 7pm to 2am. Arroyo de la Miel will host the dreadful “El Matadero”, Terror Parade, in Plaza de la Mezquita, from 7pm until 2am on November 1 and October 31, respectively.
Benalmadena Halloween is a celebration that will bring out a variety of emotions, including shivers, smirks, and community spirit. It’s a time for the entire town to get involved in the frightful, costume-filled fun.
