This season, the line includes a wide variety of ecologically-friendly products, including pitahayas (figs), cherimoyas (mangoes), quinces (strawberries), Daniela tomatoes and colourful cauliflowers in yellow, orange, and purple. These products are hand-picked and cultivated without chemical pesticides. They cater to Michelin-starred Chefs, innovative restaurateurs and food lovers seeking unsurpassed quality.
EladioRueda is the founder of the business. He has stressed the mission to deliver kilometre zero, eco-friendly produce that meets the gastronomic requirements of clients. “Our goal is to deliver exceptional quality while supporting local farmers through fair pay, sustaining the region’s economy,” Rueda stated during the season’s launch at Pepe Álvarez’s farm on the outskirts of Coín in the Guadalhorce Valley, a partner since 2017. Álvarez’s philosophy of growing under natural rhythms is essential to the brand’s vision of flavour, authenticity and sustainability.
