A presentation in September will reveal more details about the project for Benidorm’s Poniente.

What is known, is that there will be apartments with four or more bedrooms. There will also be common areas, such as a gym, sports zone, a cinema, a pool, and an observatory.

TM has a number of projects in the Poniente area, including Sunset Waves and Sunset Cliffs.

Meanwhile work is scheduled to start soon on the Goya Real Estate group’s ‘Gran Delfin Private Residences & Hotel’, situated next to the Delfin tower.

The 158-metre building will feature more than 200 apartments, as well as an exclusive hotel that has direct views of Poniente Beach.

Budgeted at €80 million, construction is expected to take three years.
