This is the amazing story of the embryos that were created in 1994 while the father-to-be was still a toddler and then donated through a Christian “embryo” adoption agency. Unthinkable.
The MIT Technology Review shared It’s an exclusive that will be published on Thursday, 30th July, about a baby born the weekend before. The baby is the oldest ever born. Thaddeus Pierce, born on the 26th of July, was developed from an embryo which had been stored in a freezer for over 30 years.
Lindsey Pierce says that despite a traumatic birth, both she and her son are now doing well. “He is very chill. “We are in awe of this precious baby!” Lindsey Pierce, her husband Tim Pierce, and their London, Ohio home, “adopted the embryo” from a woman that had it created back in 1994.
The story started in the early 90s
She continues, “The child has a sister who is 30 years of age.” Tim was just a toddler when these embryos first appeared.

In May 1994 they created four embryos. Linda was able to transfer one of the embryos into her uterus. The result was a healthy girl. Archerd describes herself as “blessed” to have had a healthy baby. The three remaining embryos were kept in a tank and cryopreserved.
This was back in the year 2000. The 30-year-old mother of the 10-year old daughter is now the woman who was a healthy baby. The three other embryos, however, remained frozen.
Lindsey said, “We didn’t think we were going to break any records.” “We wanted a baby.
