Starlite Occident will open a beach club

Starlite Occident in Estepona is opening its first beachclub in 2026, a brand that has become world famous for its boutique festival in Marbella.

Starlite, after its successful Christmas edition held in Madrid, will bring its signature blends of music, food, and lifestyle into a stunning beachfront setting.

The project is a collaboration between Starlite Group, GAT Inversiones and will accommodate over 600 guests. It will cover more than 2,000 square meters. The beach club features a pool, gourmet dining, live music, DJ sessions and themed parties.

Sandra García-Sanjuán, founder of Starlite Group, spoke of the synergy with GAT Inversiones, saying, “Laguna is the perfect location, as we share a vision of constant innovation, a commitment to high-quality tourism, and a pursuit of excellence.” Rosauro Varo (President of GAT Inversiones) described the beachclub as “a groundbreaking in presenting Laguna, as the premier leisure location in southern Europe”, highlighting the role it plays in sustainable growth.

Starlite Beach Club joins the current lineup of Laguna, including Sublim (led Chef Ricardo Sanz), Camuri Orizzonte Ecoalf and the newly opened Mar de Sazzon. Although an exact opening date is not yet known, the beach club plans to welcome visitors in 2019.
