Join a day retreat to Casares’ hills for a restful and rejuvenating experience. Villa Esencia hosts a special event on Saturday, 14th June. Radiant WomanA women’s-only event focusing on Ayurveda, gentle yoga and self-care.

The day begins at 10am, with herbal tea and a healthy snack. You will also be introduced to the group. Enjoy a Hatha yoga session in nature, followed by a delicious Ayurvedic breakfast. The brunch also includes a chat on “food wisdom”, which will help you to understand what exactly your body requires.

You will also learn how to use spices and improve digestion and vitality. The session is intended to help you feel clearer and more balanced both physically and mentally.

The day concludes with a guided yoga nidra and a closing group to share and reflect. The retreat lasts until 4pm, and is open for women of any age and experience level.

Villa Esencia, a rural retreat area, is surrounded by gardens of ancient cork-oaks and offers views over Gibraltar. This peaceful retreat is the perfect place to reconnect and meet people who share your interests.
