The Salón Varietés Theatre in Fuengirola is ending its season with a bang. From Wednesday, 4 June, until Sunday 8 June, the theatre will host The ProducersA hit musical comedy, promises five nights filled with laughter, music, and pure entertainment.

The Producers The film is a creation of the comedy legend Mel Brooks and is based on the 1967 original. Two theatre producers are desperate to get rich by staging a guaranteed disaster. The chaos ensues when their outrageous production turns out to have been a surprise hit. This show won 12 Tony Awards, a Grammy, and was performed by Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick.

Now, the talented cast and crew at Salón Varietés bring their version of this fast-paced comedy to the Costa del Sol. The production, directed and musically directed by Ruth Norris under Craig Norris’ direction, is full energy, imagination and fun. You can expect bold characters, large musical numbers and lots to laugh at.
