Three of the world’s most renowned chefs will cook in live demonstrations at Puente Romano, Marbella, on Monday June 2. Culinary Icons, an event to be held in June, will feature Nobu Matsuhisa and Dani Garcia as well as Izu Ani. The event will be held at La Plaza, one Marbella’s most popular dining venues.

Chef Nobu’s blend of traditional Japanese and Peruvian dishes is legendary. His restaurants, such as Nobu Marbella in Puente Romano attract foodies from around the world. Dani Garcia is a Michelin-starred Andalusian Chef who elevates classic Spanish dishes to a modern twist. His cuisine is a true taste of the area, using fresh ingredients from the region.

Joining them is Izu Ani, a culinary talent known for his Mediterranean-inspired cooking. Ani is known for his sophisticated yet simple approach to food. He focuses on bold, fresh flavors and seasonal ingredients.

Culinary icons will feature live cooking demonstrations and interactive sessions. Guests will also have the opportunity to sample dishes prepared by celebrity chefs. This event is also a fundraiser for the Spanish Red Cross. It’s a great way to enjoy gastronomy and support a worthy cause.
