Boho Club, Marbella, welcomes the summer with a new menu featuring seasonal flavours and Andalusian flair. Designed by Executive Chef Diego del Río, the six-course menu is inspired by the local land and paired with beers from Cervezas Victoria, one of Malaga’s most iconic breweries.
The menu is available in English, un verano con sabor andaluzThe menu is available from Monday to Friday for lunch until the end of July. Two starters, four dishes, and two desserts are available to guests. They can be paired with different types of beer in order to enhance each plate.
The experience begins with a roast beef toast with tuna-emulsion and crisp capers. Next, a red shrimp fritter is served with a dash of coral. The classic Victoria beer is paired with both dishes, selected for its refreshing taste and balance.
Chef Diego says Malaga’s food is heavily influenced by beer, so it was only natural to choose this collaboration for its seasonality. Boho Club’s relaxed setting adds to the experience, offering a space combining gourmet dining with laid-back luxury, stylish décor and a friendly vibe.
The menu is served alongside the restaurant’s regular à la carte lunch and tasting menus. The menu offers a new way to enjoy fresh ingredients and local flavours in a relaxed summer atmosphere.
