MALAGA will host the Vitur summit 2025, which takes place on the 7th and 8th of May. The event brings together more than 700 professionals from across Europe and 100 leaders in the flexible accommodation industry.
The event, held at the NH Malaga Hotel, is regarded as the continent’s largest meeting in this rapidly changing industry.
The summit will examine how global trends, such as international travel and remote work, are changing the way people work and live.

The European real estate market is experiencing rapid growth in the flexible accommodation segment, which includes built-to rent homes, co-livings for seniors, aparthotels and student residences.


In Spain alone, more than €1.5 billion was invested in this type of accommodation in 2024.
Broader real estate investments linked to the sector reached €8.3 billion, underlining its growing importance in the country’s property landscape.
Speakers and delegates will be present at the Vitur Summit in 2025 from hotel giants such as Marriott, Hyatt and Sercotel. They will also include specialised operators like Urban Campus, Limehome and Luderna.
The event will also include all verticals in flexible accommodation.

Carlos Pérez-Lanzac, founder of Vitur Summit, emphasised the sector’s ongoing evolution, highlighting the need to tailor accommodation models to suit different user profiles and destinations.
“The segment still has room for growth, both technologically and in product development,” he said.
