A MALAGA woman has been arrested after allegedly being beheaded with an axe by her son.
After residents in Los Prados reported seeing the 46-year old suspect in the street with the weapon, the suspect was arrested in Los Prados by the local Policia.
The Policia Nacional investigates the death of the victim.

On the upper floor, the two-storey house of Natvidad (68), a woman of 68 years old, was found.
The neighbours said that the woman lived in fear of Alejandro her son, who she had repeatedly barred from entering her house.
He was alleged to have a serious drug problem and had asked her several times for money in order to purchase narcotics.
Alejandro told police officers that he heard ‘voices’ telling him that he had to kill his mother.
He added that he had got ‘tired’ of the way she had treated him.
The property was found to contain several bags containing drugs.
The suspect has been taken to hospital for an examination.
Residents claimed that in recent weeks Natvidad contacted the police and made pleas to ‘take him away’ due to his behaviour.
One neighbor told the other Malaga Hoy news portal that he saw Alejandro on Wednesday at around 11am ‘hitting the security grill of his door with an axe like a demon’.
“It’s scary,” said the witness.
One neighbour said, “She had a child with problems and she paid the price.”
