A BRITISH man living in Spain has shared his amazement at the Spanish rail service on social media, pointing out that its advantages are ‘not talked about enough.’

The man is known as lukaskjes On TikTok he said: “From Madrid you can take a train in 2 hours to Barcelona, Alicante and Valencia, among many other cities.”

“And it’s really cheap, all for like €20 to €30. He said that you couldn’t get from Glasgow to Edinburgh in 20 euros.

The Spanish rail network is praised for being efficient and connected, and for having a network of medium- and long distance trains.
