VEHICLE DISCOVERIES

All the vehicles had been confirmed as being stolen, and they were transported in shipping containers.

They had a total value of €1.1 million.

During the inspections, several containers were found to not contain the declared goods.

The gangs who shipped the goods either classified the units as carrying mattresses and furniture or simply declared that the vehicles were legal and not seized.

The authorities say that the vehicles will be returned to the owners in the United States.
