A RENOVATED Granada province townhouse that featured on BBC TV’s ‘Amanda & Alan’s Spanish Job’ is up for sale for an asking price of €245,000.
The property has three bedrooms and is located about 35 km northwest of Granada City.
Rightmove UK, who is selling the house, reports that interest has soared following the TV show starring Amanda Holden & Alan Carr.

Rightmove said that there have been more than 85,000 searches this year for Moclin, compared to just 104 this time last. This is a surge of over 800 times.
It added, “It is the largest year-on-year growth we have ever recorded for any overseas location by 2025.”
Steve Pimblett is the chief data officer of the company. He said: “We anticipate that the home will be a big hit and find the right buyer.”
