TENNIS legend Novak Djokovic has been fined €10,000 for making renovations to his Marbella villa without council approval.
The Serbian ace currently plays in Miami Open.
The two €5,000 penalties date back 15 months when Marbella City Council opened a file on the unauthorised work at the star’s Sierra Blanca urbanisation home.

Djokovic is required to remove an underground parking area.
A third floor was built, as well as an outdoor shower and bathroom. There were also no minimum distances between the property boundary and his house.
The villa has sea and mountain views, is located in a discreet area around 5 minutes’ drive from Marbella centre.
The Djokovics spend a few days there each year, as the player is on the road most of the time.
Djokovic bought the property in 2020 for €10 million, which previously attracted a weekly rental price of €10,000.
The grounds include a large BBQ area, patio and tennis court.
The villa is equipped with nine bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, an indoor pool, several lounges with televisions and movies, a game room with billiards table and table football, sauna, Turkish bath and fully-equipped gym.
The main rooms have a mixture of Moroccan and Mediterranean styles.
