Benidorm’s investigating court has begun to investigate further.

Authorities were alerted that migrants without residency or work permits were involved in the construction of several villas.

The police conducted a site inspection and found out that 10 of the fifteen workers were working illegally.

If an undocumented worker was hired and asked to be paid, the boss claimed he would inform the police of the situation and the person would be expelled from Spain.

An inspection of the site revealed that there were no health and safety precautions.

Seven workers were not wearing protective gear when the police visited.
