Paul Maxwell, who has spent the last three years touring the globe and performing all over the world, is returning to the Costa del Sol in March with some exciting new.
Paul has decided to take a break from touring and get back to enjoying his hometown – Marbella. Paul is returning to his roots in order to take on a new exciting challenge with the rebirth the iconic piano bar Marvellous. Paul will launch Marvellous Live on Thursday, 6th March in collaboration with Sala Group. The venue in Puerto Banús goes back a long way with Paul, back to the early 2000s, in fact.
Ian Radford, chairman of Sala Group, reflected on the nostalgia and excitement surrounding the event, saying, ‘Paul and I first met in 2000 at the Marvellous bar in Puerto Banús. The best times were those days. It’s exciting to relive that energy and magic with both old and young faces. Marvellous Live promises that it will bring the same iconic spirit every night, and deliver the ultimate nightlife live music experience.
Local and international musicians are preparing to take audiences on an electrifying musical journey from the 70s and 80s through the 90s. The mix will include Disco, Soul Motown and Rock. ‘We will create an ever-evolving lineup of world-class entertainment full of fun,’ says Paul.
A big, exclusive opening party will take place on 22 March. This will be by invitation only.
